She's determined to change the world

When Deputy Minister for Public Works Hendrietta Bogopane-Zulu was in Grade 4, she made a commitment to herself that she would change the world. And her being partially sighted ironically became her inspiration to do this.

Speaking to BuaNews at her newly renovated offices in Pretoria, Ms Bogopane-Zulu says it's no coincidence she is a deputy minister today.
